all-inclusive agreement, whereby Winstel fulfils the role of the IT manager
and support personnel within the company, at a fixed monthly cost.

In collaboration
with the customer, a set amount of time-block units is agreed upon. This
enables the customer to obtain experienced IT skills whilst tailoring
the support to suit their budget. These units are available from a minimum
of 6 hours and increase in 2-hour block units. The pricing structure is
discounted from the ad hoc rates.
It includes: |

This is a reactive support service, whereby
consultants respond to requests from customers to resolve a particular
IT issue. An hourly rate is charged and it excludes travel costs. |

This is an on demand service whereby our consultants will assist you remotely with any IT related query for a monthly fee. Should our consultants not be able to resolve the problem remotely an on-site visit will be scheduled which is charged for at an hourly rate and excludes travel costs. |
It is important to note that with the Remote IT Support option Winstel Technologies is not responsible for the protection of the data on your computers or any loss of that data resulting from any work undertaken. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a backup of your data BEFORE we perform any work on your computers.
