Covid-19: here's how we're protecting our people and yours (& still providing support)
Following President Ramaphosa’s recommendation on Sunday night that South Africans limit contact between people, and that businesses implement improved hygiene control, we have adopted the following measures, effective Tuesday 17 March 2020:
- Our office remains operational, limited to essential staff only. This includes Tarina (helpdesk), Sandra (admin) and Thompo (first line support). Please continue logging calls with the relevant staff as per our usual enquiry and fault logging process, and refrain from contacting technicians directly
- Our support staff are now working remotely, but can provide assistance from wherever they are.
- Our technicians are available to resolve faults either on site at your premises or remotely. The course of action decided upon is entirely at your discretion as the client
- We are providing transport for all our staff, eliminating the need for them to use public transport
- We have educated our staff on proper hygiene practices, and provided them with sanitiser to ensure hygiene controls are constantly met.
We believe in putting our people – and yours – first, while still providing outstanding support. We anticipate that these measures will help us achieve exactly that.
